Consultation*
$5,000 (flat rate, non-refundable)
The consultation fee will be deducted if a client proceeds with the LTB Package.
The in-depth consultation is an opportunity to discuss the circumstances of your case to figure out next steps. Caryma takes time to understand your specific needs, goals, and expectations. She provides a helpful tutorial on applicable legal principles and/or procedures.
This package includes ghostwriting basic document preparation (such as demand letters, cease-and-desist letters, eviction notices, notice to vacate, notice of trespass). It DOES NOT include discussion with the opposing party and/or any appearances at the Landlord and Tenant Board, unless otherwise arranged.
Additional time billed at $300 per hour or block fees, pay as you go.

This is a limited scope retainer. You will receive proper legal advice tailored to your specific situation, as well as assistance with resolving your situation.
This package includes:
in-depth consultation
basic document preparation (such as demand letters, cease-and-desist letters, eviction notices, notice to vacate, notice of trespass)
litigation support (compiling disclosure, witness preparation)
discussion with the opposing party, as required
up to one appearance at the Landlord and Tenant Board, as required

Standard Notarization
$80 + HST (first seal & signature)
$40 + HST (each subsequent seal & signature)
Includes one signature and/or gold foil seal. Standard notarization covers witnessing execution of legal documents; certified true copies; administering oaths or solemn declarations; and commissioning affidavits.
Additional fees apply for drafting affidavits, consent to travel, letters of invitation, and statutory declarations.
House Call Notarization
$180 + HST (first seal & signature)
$40 + HST (each subsequent seal & signature)
